2018 Honda Accord

All-new Honda Accord is updated in many ways. This is the #1 selling car in America for over 41 years. Over 13 million sold in America and 11 million Accords made in America, made in Marysville, Ohio. This is the 10th generation Accord. Accord outsells all but two SUVs in America. A Honda Accord is sold every 2-minutes – that’s mind blowing.

The goal was to build a “confident” vehicle that offers dynamics and is captivating. It offers and upscale quality with value, safety and current technology.

The 2018 Honda Accord sits wider and shorter than previous models, this gives more rear legroom (good for child safety seats) and better visibility (the windshield pillars or A-pillars are 20% thinner to reduce blind spots). The more coupe like profile gives a sportier stance and better seating position. Full LED headlights and rear tail lights are new and distinctive.

Safety: Honda Sending standard as is all vehicles, which includes auto high beams, traffic sign recognition, collision mitigation, road departure mitigation, adaptive cruise control with low speed follow and lane keeping assist systems. Optional: Blind spot detection, cross traffic alert and front and rear parking sensors. NHTSA – 5 star all the way around.

Inside: New instrument panel, improved fit & finish, upgraded thicker steering wheel with easier to use controls. Controls are easy to use as expected. Quieter interior than previous models due to active noise control speakers that are noise cancelling. Impressive 12-way power seats with 4-way adjustable lumbar. Optional air-cooled seats and heated rear seats.

New 2018 Honda Accord interface is easier to use and head up display, which is customizable. The digital drivers meter is adjustable to customize. Audio system is easier to use and offers 2-knobs that customers prefer. Auto-pairing and wireless charging, Honda Link is standard.

Drive Mode – Sport, normal and ECO: changes handling, steering input, ride and driving style.
