When it comes to riding in style, the Audi A7 might be right up your alley. Car Coach Lauren Fix took a test drive in the new model and has more on it’s features.

The 2012 Audi A7 is a complete luxury package both inside and out. The design is distinct with sport handling and a luxury ride. This car is loaded with innovative features with both safety and comfort details.

My long distance test drive in the A7 was a real joy. It was well equipped with 20″ alloy wheels, Audi Drive Select, electronic stability package, very cool LED running lights with Xenon bulbs, and a new slop back design which looked very classy.

The inside was just as luxurious with leather wrapped steering wheel, glass sunroof, large 7″ driver information center with navigation and MMI touch, front and rear parking sensors with backup camera, advanced key push button start, front heated and air conditioned seats, Bose audio system, and Audi side assist for blind spot detection.

Competes with:

• Acura ZDX
• Aston Martin Rapide
• BMW 5-series Gran Turismo
• Mercedes-Benz CLS-class
• Porsche Panamera

Likes:

• New design and styling
• Comfortable interior
• Great handling tight turning radius for parking
• Great stereo

Dislikes:

• Needs more cup holders
• Wish it came with diesel engine
• Navigation screen hides when car is shut off.

The 2012 Audi A7 is fun to drive, has a great sound system, and stands out in the crowd as a luxury and sport hatchback that may meet your needs. For more information, visit www.audi.com.

And remember, when shopping for a new car, test drive as many vehicles in the class you are looking in to make sure you find the car that is best for you.
